The water is rotated through the impeller, and the waste paper and water collide with the spoiler on the cylinder through centrifugal force, and then the pulping is achieved.
Beating time: about 20-40 minutes (the time varies depending on the toughness of the waste paper).
Start the motor and the impeller starts to rotate. The slurry in the tank is sucked in along the center of the axis and thrown out from the circumference at high speed, forming a violent turbulent circulation. Due to the tearing of the impeller blades and the mutual interaction of the slurry flow layers at different speeds, a huge friction effect is generated, which causes the slurry to strongly loosen and separate fibers in the wet state. At the same time, the fiber bundles are in the gap between the impeller and the screen plate. Friction with each other increases fibrosis.
