Paper pulping refers to transferring old newspapers, magazines, paper boxes, and other waste paper into paper pulp with a certain concentration through soaking, smashing, screening, stirring, adding chemical additives, and other processes.
The egg tray machine mainly realizes egg tray molding. The vacuum pump in the egg tray machine makes the slurry evenly attached to the mold, and then the air compressor separates the egg tray from the mold and sends it to the conveyor belt for transport to the drying system.
The egg tray drying method can be divided into natural drying, single-layer metal drying, drying container, kiln drying, and multilayer metal drying. Natural drying refers to drying the egg tray under the sun, drying room is batch drying, single-layer metal drying and multilayer metal drying are matched with an automatic and closed drying system.
Egg tray packaging includes manual packaging and automatic packaging. Manual packaging requires more labor. The automatic packaging system consists of a counter, packer, and hot press machine. If the pattern is needed, then match it with a specialized printing machine.
