Introduction:

The drum-type pulp molding machine rotates, moves the pulp suction mold downward, and sinks it into the pulp tank for suction and filtration. The production capacity is 13-19/min. The tank of the molding machine is filled with slurry with a certain liquid level. During molding, the slurry suction mold rotates and moves downward, and the template and the forming mold sink parallelly into the slurry tank. The forming mold is connected to the vacuum system so the slurry is suspended in the tank. The fibers in the material are adsorbed on its surface and formed. The pulp suction template is rotated upwards for vacuum dehydration. After selecting the transfer position, it is fitted with the transfer mold on the transfer template. At this time, the forming mold is converted into compressed air, and the transfer mold is connected to the vacuum so the wet paper mold blank is transferred to the transfer mold. In the transfer mold on the template, the final transfer template and mold are blown down by the action of compressed air and sent to the drying section. The structure of the forming slurry tank is overflow type, the slurry concentration in the tank is always maintained at 1%, and the overflow volume is about 10%.
Different pulp-molded products can be produced by changing the mold at any time. The molding machine is generally semi-automatic and requires manual operation, so it has great flexibility. It is a molding machine with relatively mature technology at present. It is suitable for egg trays, fruit trays, coffee trays, ingot trays, wine trays, various industrial buffer packaging paper molded products, etc., and is widely used.

II. Various pipeline installation instructions are shown below.
1. Negative pressure pipeline interface: connect to the negative pressure tank for suction film forming
2. Slurry supply port: connected to the slurry supply pump, with a flow rate of 60m³/min
3. Overflow pipe: connected to the slurry supply tank for overflow
4. Air supply port: connected to the air pipe of the air compressor, the air pressure is less than 0.8MPA
5. Control electric box: connected to three-phase four-wire, (according to customized power, default 380-220v)
